1:1 or Couples Coaching
Price: $100 a session
I offer one-on-one and couples coaching for those who feel called to approach a personal psychedelic experience with intention, care, and responsibility. My work includes preparation coaching, integration coaching, and ongoing support, with a focus on mindset preparation, emotional readiness, intention setting, nervous system support, and meaningful processing of experiences. I also teach harm reduction practices and thoughtfully assess each client’s readiness for this type of work. This support is designed to empower individuals to make grounded, autonomous decisions around their own healing journeys. Please note that I do not provide, source, or facilitate access to any illegal substances; all guidance is strictly educational, preparatory, and integration-based.
